31 weeks and a photo sesh...

i cannot believe i only have two months left... so. crazy. they say that being pregnant during the holidays is the best because you're busy and it all just flies by. well, THEY were right. i have my baby shower in two weeks, then after that... it's time for the waiting game. unbelievable.

so this weekened here in the lowcountry was a nice 80 degrees. i kid you not. it's 80 degrees in january. mixed feelings about this because i'm the kind of person who likes the seasons to be what they are. it's january, it's supposed to be cold! we have enough of the hot weather during spring, summer, and for the most part of fall. also, i'm in my third trimester... i dont need any help in the "heat" department. BUT we had an amazing photoshoot with Sandra Baney Photography and the weather was just perfect. so i guess i cant complain too much. (but i'll try my hardest if you let me).

so cute. i'm excited to share the rest later. these will look great on our staircase :)


How far along? 31 weeks, 2 days
Total weight gain/loss: same, give or take a couple pounds.
Maternity clothes? yes. and yoga pants.
Stretch marks? nope.
Sleep: sighhh... last night was the roughest yet. first i had really really severe acid indigestion (thank you, mexican food). and then ava came in our bed demanding cartoons at 2 am? she went back to sleep, thankfully. then i got a really bad cramp in my calf... just couldnt win. the hubs let me sleep in this morning, though. such a sweetie. <3>
Best moment this week: the photoshoot, definitely. so much fun and my belly was finally big enough to get good pictures. i cant believe i have 2 months to go. this might be a big girl!
Miss Anything? queso. had a rude awakening at the mexican restaurant last night. may or may not have had a COUPLE bites...
Movement: SO.MUCH! sometimes it's almost painfull!
Food cravings: not this week. the husband had a couple beers last night. i love to be able to smell it. but after hearing him complain about how bloated he was, i remembered how much i dont miss that. at all.
Anything making you queasy or sick: just the severe acid indigestion. horrible.
Labor Signs: same with the braxton hicks. i've been doing better about drinking water, so they arent as regular as they were before.
Belly Button in or out? In!
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: my baby shower in two weeks, doc appointment this week. maybe we'll go take a tour of the maternity ward soon. also, my ma-in-law bought scarletts crib. that should be here this week! cant wait to put it together and get her room started.
